It provides you with an outline of my educational and professional history in the field of Information Technology and Information Systems Architecture. I have been working for 20 years to advice companies in managing large IS/IT projects. Most of the time, these projects follow a path to restructure existing systems when agility and information trace-ability are targeted. The achievement of new projects is driven without starting a big-bang approach and by refusing a low-level quick and dirty delivery life-cycle.

Consequently, I suggest a new way of conducting IS/IT reshaping based on a step-by-step method leaving room for a global point of view, it means systemic or holistic thinking. This is what we call "Sustainable IT Architecture".

To share this vision with systems integrators and IT specialists and to equip companies with operational materials and tools, I co-founded Orchestra Networks (software vendor in the field of Model-driven MDM and Data Governance) and I launched two open source think tanks: MDM Alliance Group to establish unified MDM modeling procedures, and Sustainable IT Architecture to define a natural path enforcing a progressive reshaping of IS/IT systems based on the use of business repositories (master data, business rules and processes).
